These are the terms for using Help My Kid. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.
What the app does
Help My Kid is an AI-powered homework analysis tool for parents. It is not a tutoring service and is not a substitute for a teacher or qualified educator.
Accuracy
AI explanations and grading are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy. The app does not replace a teacher, tutor, or qualified educator. Please use your own judgment when helping your child.
Acceptable use
The app is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use it to generate content for resale, to power academic dishonesty services, or for any illegal purpose.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by their policies, we do not process payments directly.
Intellectual property
The app, its design, and its content belong to Help My Kid. Homework photos and other content you upload remain yours.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is." We are not liable for inaccurate AI outputs, academic outcomes, or any damages arising from use of the app, to the maximum extent allowed by law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [TBD].
